Healthy eating is difficult when you have a busy lifestyle or a low budget. One of my favourite things to cook is home-made mashed potato and when paired with vegetables and meat, I see that as the best way to get a balanced meal that fills me up. Here's a simple chicken recipe that you can whip up in half an hour!
Ingredients:
(For one person, double or size accordingly for two or more people)
1x Large Potato
1x Pack of Chicken Breast Strips
Asparagus
Oregano
1x Garlic Clove
Butter
Milk
Oil
Method:
Some of the measurements may vary on your preference, but i like my chicken crispy and my mash buttery and creamy! All the ingredients are easy to pick up and this meal can be made for around £6!
