Sweating and eating at the Souths best gym!
I am a big lover of going to the gym and it always makes me feel good, so I was so excited when i was offered the opportunity to photograph fellow friend and blogger Alice Spake workout with one of their top personal trainers and Sam Clark, the best Pokemon hunter out there!
We got to test out the training session, dip in the jacuzzi and eat some of the amazing on site food. It is honestly the best gym I have been to in the South and i would highly recommend the PT's if you are looking at getting a good tailored workout.
I will be back at this place for a good tennis game very soon!
