*Style Edit: At Home Chic & Roaccutane Life Update

So we've got to that point again! We're allowed out of lockdown and back on (some) of our adventures. But how have you been coping?

For me personally this time round hasn't been much different, the only thing I've missed is popping out for a meal or a drink when I fancy. But other than that, I've got my support bubble and I can go to the office so I'm counting myself lucky as one of those lesser affected by boredom this time around.

Now for a little update! If you follow me on Instagram (for over 5 months) then you may have seen that I was on a drug for my skin called Roaccutane. There is SO MUCH information out there on the drug so I won't bore you with all of that, but for me, it didn't work.

I've been hibernating away from the camera and posting on social media for a good two months now and this is kind of my way of getting back into it for now! I've got me new outfits from FemmLuxeFinery and I'm back in front of my outfit mirror. I'm mainly still loving loungewear however now I have my best friends office to go to (KDSWIM check it out. The model is yours truly ha!) I am actually putting on some normal clothes for once too.

They even have a "Joggers and a Nice Top" section which is pretty apt for 2020 don't you think? (all outfits shown are linked at the end of the post)

The first green lounge set is probably my favourite fabric. I have around 8 of these in different styles and colours from FemmeLuxe but this one has a cropped T-shirt and wide leg trousers. I always worry what to put with wide leg trousers especially when I’m not wearing heels but I’ve taken to pairing them with Vans in recent weeks. This seems to be the perfect mix of comfort and lounge-luxe.

The second is the pink joggers that I have to say are some of the comfiest I have had. Whether they are gifted for styling or I’ve purchased the item myself I always give everything a fair shot and these really do make the cut. The tie is on the inside which means no getting caught on doorhandles (is it just me?) and being able to hide those pesky bows, making them perfect for wearing high waisted with cami tops and T-shirts.

Next we have the oversized T-shirt, one of my personal favourite go-to outfits and the one I seem to reach for a lot lately. I usually wear these over black leggings, gym leggings, any type of leggings really and then occasionally a pair of jeans. Most with trainers or chunky boots. I’m on the hunt for a new pair of chunky boots as mine are looking a little worse for wear after being worn for basically months on end. Any suggestions?

And lastly the most boujee of all of the outfits and the one I probably won’t get to wear for a couple of weeks still, the black ruched dress. If you scroll back on my Instagram and through my style edits on here you will also see that I have this in 3-4 other colours. It is SUCH a flattering dress and I am honestly obsessed with it. I am waiting for them to come out with more colours so I can buy those too, and I even got so desperate when the white one went out of stock on the site, I found it on Facebay and bought it there!

So safe to say I’m back now and loving creating content again. I’m still battling with my skin but I’m glad it’s improved slightly just for when we come out of lockdown in December.

I’ve already booked one meal out for the second week of December but I will definitely be going out for a few more …. Which of these outfits to pick though ….
