So we finally have new of when we are allowed out! I don't know about you but this last lockdown has felt longer than the others, but also hasn't felt any different to 'normal life'. Maybe we have just become too accustomed to the fact that we stay in most of the time, queue to go in shops and can't go to parties. But judging by the reaction to June 21st we have some outfits to choose......

My colour palette goes through phases. Sometimes I want to cover myself in sequins and pinks and reds but other times I want to slip into what feels comfortable, and at the moment that is what I am leaning towards. I love a heel and a dress don't get me wrong, but the more I 'potter' around the house and continue working from home, the cosier I want to be.

Wearing a lounge set has to be one of the joys in life that we can still very much enjoy on a daily basis. I bought some last summer, and had some more through the winter, and still am very much enjoying them. It's just so easy to look well put together as well as being comfortable at the same time. Guess what they even go with heels to if you really want to dress it up! The Grey Lounge Set is probably one of the comfiest I've tried and I always go for a grey or a beige marl fabric with cosy clothes, I'm not sure why I just like it!

Cable knit is another way to look like you've just been to The Cotswolds and actually fitted in. I'm obsessed with my Chloe boots incase you hadn't noticed (most of you have and most of you are too so I don't feel THAT bad about it) and they match so perfectly with any outfit. I wear them with tracksuit bottoms, jeans, dresses, shorts, skirts and the list goes on. They are just an absolute DREAM!

My cable knit two piece this time features a skirt and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I love it. The fabric is lightweight and not too thick so even when you have the heating on which let's be honest we normally do, it's not too hot. I hate being too hot indoors, but this definitely leaves room for a blanket too at maximum comfort.

I've been well known for having too many jumpers and the obsession kind of never stops. It's kind of like my obsession with shoes, my answer to everything is "but I don't have one exactly like thaaaaat" ......

Roll necks are my thing, but this cream jumper has a slit at the side without being too short too. Pair it with black or blue jeans, boots or slip on loafers for a smarter look too. So simple but chic.

Last on my list is lace. Something that has mostly been restricted to underwear, fancy dresses and bodysuits, the last being the selection here. They have to be some of the more 'riskay' outfits usually reserved for nights out and cocktails with the girls, your best heels and a glass of Moet in hand. This one is no different, however I found when pairing it with a comfy skirt, it becomes something of a cosy slip on. Granted there aren't many people I would openly walk around with something like this on, however if that's the intended purpose then all power to you as well......

So there we have my 4 newest outfit choices and all are linked in the images and below. Which one was your favourite? Yes they are all home outfits after the news we will be allowed out soon however we still can't go out YET, so I still have some time to enjoy the small things.

I am enjoying my time to learn new hobbies and making sure during the week I get all my scheduled work done so that I have the weekend to potter around, cook, learn more piano (of which I am getting quite good I must say) and work if I feel I want to rather than needing to.

We definitely all need to focus more on our self care and time out because burn-outs are a real thing and they come around all too easily if we aren't careful.
