Just A Spoonful Of Lola's

I'm not one to eat too much sweet stuff (my weak spot is crisps rather than chocolate) but it's impossible to resist the beautiful decoration and mouthwatering flavours that Lola's cupcakes offer. Now open in West Quay, I just had to go down and grab some.

There aren't many things in life that really let you take a minute out to fully appreciate it's beauty. Cupcakes are one of those rare things, a tasty treat to enjoy during your 'Hygge' moment and while most are nice to consumer, Lola's are delectible. Carefully handcrafted in the London bakery, Lola's offer everything from Rocky Road to Carrot to themed cupcakes and even giant cakes in the shape of cupcakes that can be customized. So it comes as no surprise that they also make Wheat Free, Vegan and Sugar Free cakes too. I wanted to try one of these to see if they differed a lot from the ordinary cakes, so I chose a selection:
 - Wheat Free Chocolate, Wheat Free Red Velvet, Cookies and Cream, Strawberry, Rocky Road and Vanilla.
All were equally as delicious as the next and absolutely full of flavour, it's clear to see why Lola's have become the signature cupcake. The Wheat free taste the same as the ordinary cakes, and so doesn't take anything away from the enjoyment at all.

Lola's now have a stall on Lower Shopping in West Quay, so why not grab one while you do your Christmas shopping or get one to take home for a cosy night in? You won't be dissapointed...

(Selection Box Shown £18.00)

Gifted cuppy-cakes thanks to the lovely Lola's Cupcakes!
